|Black Cotton Knit Cardigan|
Tell me about how you originally got into your craft, Karla.
I started sewing 20 years ago after having my four children. I wanted to shop at Jacobsons, an upscale department store, and could not afford it. A very dear friend taught me how to make patterns and there was no turning back. Jacobsons went out of business some years ago and I purchased one of their mannequins that I still use to make my garments; it's a dream come true.
