Jena Coghlan of SoranaGallery is a second generation quilter creating beautiful quilts, original fiber artwork, and other trinkets. In addition to tending to her own shop Jena is also the Team Leader for the Etsy Art Quilt Workgroup.

Tell me about how you originally got into your craft.
My mother is a quilter.

What is your favorite thing to do in the whole wide world?
Create and build relationships.

What is your biggest challenge when it comes to running your shop?
Recouping the time and materials for product.

What item in your shop would you most like to receive as a gift if someone were shopping for you?
Swirls--its a batik and cotton quilt. Professionally long-armed in exquisite detail.

When you were a kid, what did you think you were going to be when you grew up?
An actress or fashion designer.
